Fanciersplus provides a listing and advertising means for cat
breeders with registered cattery and pedigree cats as well as
a directory and resource for cat related businesses. We do not
endorse or guarantee any products being advertised, sold or catteries,
breeders and merchants listed. You may not use this cattery list
or contact cat breeders with information for junk mail or unsolicited
mass mailing, spamming, to harass and abuse list members. Fanciersplus
or its web design team can not be held responsible or liable for
any transactions conducted as a result of contacts made through
Fanciersplus or third party sites linked to or from the Sites.
As with all such cat breeder listings and merchant directory,
these listings are accepted in good faith. Fanciersplus does not
become involved in any disputes between sellers and buyers, regarding
the quality, health, cost, money transactions, or any other issue
related to the sale of cats or products on the Sites. It is the
sole responsibility of the buyer to do any necessary research
before making any such purchase. It is entirely between each individual,
cattery, breeder, purchaser, company or institution. However,
should we become aware and provided proof of animal neglect/abuse
of any listed cattery, they and any other associated links will
be immediately removed from the Sites.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy,
we provide this notice explaining what information we collect,
how we might use that information and the choices you can make
about the way your information is collected and used at the Site.
We may request personal identification information from you in
connection with your use of, or participation in, membership registration
for fanciersplus, forums, content submissions, classified ads,
discussion groups, services or additional information (including

fanciers page", is a service that allows you to record limited
amounts of personal information on a voluntary basis on servers
maintained by fanciersplus or on its behalf and is structured
to allow access only to visitors with a valid password.
You are responsible
for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized
person shall have access to your fanciersplus passwords or accounts.
(1) control the dissemination and use of activation codes and
passwords; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use
of your fanciers account and password; (3) promptly inform fanciersplus
of any need to deactivate a password. You grant fanciersplus and
all other persons or entities involved in the operation of the
Site the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use
your information in connection with the operation of the Site.
Fanciersplus cannot and does not assume any responsibility or
liability for any information you submit or third parties' use
or misuse of information transmitted or received using fanciersplus
tools and services.
Copyrights And Use Of Materials
Without FanciersPlus prior written permission, you may not reproduce,
distribute, republish, modify, distribute in any way, display,
prepare derivative works based on, repost or otherwise use the
content, images or photographs on this web site, except that you
may download one copy of the material in temporary storage on
your computer for your personal, noncommercial home viewing only.
Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright
laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and
communications regulations and statutes.
Forums And Public Communication
A "Forum or Public Area" means any message board, classified
ad, your listing, events calendar or other interactive service
appearing on the Sites. By using the Forum, you are solely responsible
for your own communications, the consequences of posting those
communications, and your reliance on any communications found
in the Public Areas. Fanciersplus is not responsible for the consequences
of any communications in the Public Areas. In cases where you
feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should
contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.
In consideration of being allowed to use the Forum, you agree
that the following actions shall constitute a material breach
of these Terms and Conditions:
• Using
the Forum for any purpose in violation of local, state, national,
or international laws;
• Posting
material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of
others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;
• Posting
material that is unlawful, abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing,

receiving a warning, continuing to disrupt the normal flow of

• Posting

• Impersonating
another person;
• Distributing
viruses or other harmful computer code;
• Harvesting
or otherwise collecting information about others, including email

Financial Arrangements
Fanciersplus accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American
Express payment transactions through Paypal. Credit card payments
ensure the fastest service, within 72 hours or sooner of verified
payment. If you plan to pay by personal check, money order you
will need to wait for the check to clear our bank prior to having
your listing appear. Both monthly and yearly payment options will
be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. If payment cannot be
charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any
reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to either suspend
or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this
Agreement and all obligations thereunder.
Advertisements, Product/Service Promotions
Fanciersplus makes no representations or warranties regarding
the efficacy of products and/or services offered by third party
sites, and your use of any product or service is at your own risk
and is subject to these Terms of Use. Fanciersplus does not endorse
the content on any third-party websites and is not responsible
for the content or advertisements of linked third-party sites
or make any representations regarding their content or accuracy.
Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject
to the terms and conditions of use for such sites.

Miscellaneous
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute
with the fanciersplus, or in any way relating to your use of the
fanciersplus Sites, resides in the courts of the State of Maryland,
USA and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise
of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Maryland
USA in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving

We may discontinue the Fanciersplus.com listings at any time.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
The user certifies that he or she is at least 18 years of age,
or that their parent or legal guardian will act as the "user"
